Rotary Sanatan Rasoi was jointly sponsored by Rtn Pankaj Bhatia, Priti Bhatia & family in sweet memory of their father Lt Sh. Sushil Kumar Bhatia on occasion of his birthday at Shri Sanatan Dharam Sabha(Regd), Geeta Bhawan, New Colony, Gurugram on 28th July 2024. 255 people were served lunch.
Our Rotary Club Gurgaon in association with Rotary Cancer Foundation gave Cervical Vaccination to 147 girls at NeeV – a learning center, Village Nangli Umarpur, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 62, Gurugram on 26th July 2024 with active support from Rtn Vandana Bhalla and help from Marengo Asia Hospital made the initiative a success. We are thankful to R’anne Bhawana Arora for this great Initiative and thank the Rotary Cancer Foundation for their support.

Regular Club Meeting – 4th meeting of the Rotary Year 2024-25 was held at Treehouse Queens Pearl Gurugram on 22nd July 2024 followed by drinks and dinner. In House Speaker was PP Shashi Sachdev. He gave an elaborate talk on the topic of Club Administration which was a commendable topic which was appreciated by one and all followed by question answer session.
Board meeting of the Rotary Year 2024-25 was held at Treehouse Queens Pearl Gurugram on 22nd July 2024. Many issues were discussed and important decisions were well taken. It was very fruitful meeting.
As conveyed in the July 6th meeting a team of 9 (4 staff and 5 children) from RPS is going to Srilanka from July 20th to July 27th.In addition to soaking in the sights and sounds of Srilanka the team will be given extensive exposure to best practices in manufacturing and electronic media production and broadcasting / telecasting at the facilities of Capital Maharaja Organization in Colombo facilitated by President Manmohan Bharara. President took the team to meet Her Excellency Kshenuka Senewiratne the High Commissioner of Srilanka in India. It was a good exposure for the children to a foreign dignitary in her office. The team was deeply touched by the warmth with which they were received.
Rtn. Tarun Arora submitted the Flag in the House, he exchanged our Club Flags with Rotary Club of Belfast Northern Ireland during his official visit in UK on 2nd July 2024. Rtn. Tarun Arora shared his experience in the house.

On July 14, 2024, the Rotaract Club of Sushant University, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of NCU and sponsored by the Rotary Club Gurgaon, organized a successful Chabeel Seva at the HUDA City Centre metro station. This event embodied the spirit of selfless service and community support. Over the span of three hours, they served refreshing chabeel to more than 700 people, spreading joy and providing much-needed relief from the summer heat. PP Dilip Grover, the Director-in-Charge of the Rotary Club Gurgaon, was a constant source of motivation throughout the event. His presence and encouragement significantly boosted the morale of all the volunteers. The material required for the event was sponsored by Rtn. Prashant Gaba (Hony Secretary, RCG). The event not only brought together members of different Rotaract clubs but also fostered a sense of unity and shared purpose among all participants.
Our Rotary Club Gurgaon in association with Mahavir International Gurgaon Centre organised a Mega Tree Plantation drive on 14th July 2024 at Village Kasan followed by breakfast. Our Club planted 524 trees. Rs.1.3 Lakhs were handed over to Mr. Anil Jain of Aman Foundation towards long term upkeep of the trees. It was attended by President Manmohan Bharara, First Lady Sudesh Bharara, Hony. Secy Rtn. Prashant Gaba, R’nne. Deepti Guaba, PP Rohit Bhatia, PP Shashi Sachdeva, Rtn. Anu Bhatia, AG Hitesh Jain, Rtn. Meenakshi Jain, Rtn. Sudha Jain, PP Raman Parnami, Dr. Meet Kumar, Dr. Nidhi Yadav and Rtn. Nirmal Garg.
Regular Club Meeting (2nd Meeting ) was held at Rotary Public School, Gurugram on 6th July 2024. MOC of Club Assembly 2024-25 was Rtn. Meenakashi Khullar. Treasurer Rtn. Hitesh Jain presented Club Budget for Rotary Year 2024-25. PP Dr Mandeep Kishore Goel gave an exhaustive presentation on roles and responsibilities of Directors and Committee Chair. PDG Dr Sushil Khurana gave a spirited motivational speech also guiding the President and Board on operations for 2024-25. Our 16 Past Presidents were presented momentos. President Manmohan gave an inspiring address on goals and responsibilities for 2024-25.
