MOU signed, ICC between India and Isarel

Intercountry Committees signed MOU for the establishment of an ICC between India and Isarel to encourage understanding between the Rotarians, Rotary Clubs and district of both countries to promote fellowship and intercultural understanding between India and Israel was held on 25th December 2021on virtual platform. Chief Guest was RI President Rtn. Shekhar Mehta. It is agreed that and India-Israel Inter Country Committee (ICC) between Rotary International Districts 3011 and 3054 of India and Rotary International District 2490 Israel is stablished. The Chairman of the ICC India-Israel from India will be PDG Dr. Sushil Khurana (RID 3011) with Chairman from Israel will be PDG Dr. Nachum Frenkel (RID 3054). President Rtn. Hitesh Jain, Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal, PDG Dr. Sushil Khurana, PP Anil Jain, PP Dr. Mandeep Kishore Goel, PP O P Pahwa, PP Rajneesh Sharma, PP Manmohan Bharara, Rtn. Sudha Jain, Rtn. Davinder Jain, Rtn. Rajeev K Gupta, Rtn. Rohit Jain attended this event from our Club.

500 Blankets Donation, 25th December 2021

Rotary Club Gurgaon donated 500 blankets to underprivileged due to cold winds… in the area of Rajeev Nagar, Shree Sheetla Mata Mandir Gurgaon on 25th December 2021. President Rtn. Hitesh Jain, Hony. Our Annual General Meeting – 21st Meeting of 50th Rotary Year 2021-22 was held at Treehouse Queen’s Pearl, Gurgaon on 20th December 2021. After AGM, 300 Blankets were handed over to all present members for further distribution to underprivileged in their nearby area & sharing pics in the group.

Dream Project – Inauguration of Rotary Skill Center UDAAN, 16th December 2021

Dream Project of Rotary Club Gurgaon – Rotary Skill Center UDAAN at Rotary Public School was inaugurated by DG Anup Mittal on 16th December 2021 followed by High Tea. DG Anup Mittal was quite impressed with this project & overwhelming participation of our members.

DG also inaugurated – Project old winter/summer cloths with all fellow Rotarians present which were later distributed to underprivileged.

 Guaranteed employment for 120 youths after 3 months free training in 2 batches to earn their livelihood.

20th Regular Club Meeting of 50th Rotary Year 2021-22 was held on 13th December 2021 at Treehouse Queen’s Pearl, Gurgaon. In-House Speaker was Rtn. Our website covers history of the club, permanent projects and details of members besides all the project done during current year.

Global Sustainability Award 2021, 10th December 2021

Global Sustainability Award 2021 event was held on 10th December 2021 followed by High Tea at Rotary Public School. Chief Guest was Shri Rajeev Ranjan, Commissioner, Gurugram who motivated all to work for the welfare of humanity. 150 schools participated from 9 countries and 4 continents. Our club was one of the Co-Sponsor for this event. This was very well organized event in hybrid mode. President Hitesh Jain, PDG Dr. Sushil Khurana, PP Paramjit Singh Oberoi, PP O P Pahwa and Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal attended this event.

Fellowship – Get together with RCG families, 5th December 2021

Rotary Club Gurgaon organized Fellowship Get together on the occasion of birthday of PP Rohit Bhatia on 5th December 2021 at his farmhouse near Best Western Country Resort. Our Rotary family members enjoyed with activities like badminton, football, basketball, Frisbee, Archery, darts. TT. Swimming and many more. A lavish arrangement of snacks, drinks, Nand Ke Chana Bhatura which was appreciated & enjoyed by all followed by lunch & drinks. President Hitesh Jain also discussed on Rotary activities. It was very well planned & managed event.

District Event – Holistic Education, 4th December 2021

PULKIT (Intercity-Happy District) under Holistic Education was celebrated in Great Spirit on 4th December 2021 at PHD House, New Delhi. Our club was one of the sponsor club. Some inspiring talks, Panel discussions, Youth performances & speeches took place. Everything revolved around Happiness. President Hitesh Jain & 1st Lady Meenakshi Jain sang a live Rotary Song in wonderful atmosphere which was well appreciated by all. President Rtn. Hitesh Jain, Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal, Rtn. Meenakshi Jain, Rtn Vijay Tandon, PP Sashi Sachdev, PP Mohan Bharara, PP Raman Parnami and R’anne Anju Parnami graced the occasion.
