Rotary International Presidential Conference 2022 was held in Hyderabad on 29th, 30th April and 1st May 2022. From our Club PDG Dr. Sushil Khurana, PP O P Pahwa, President Hitesh Jain, First Lady Rtn. Meenakshi Jain, Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal, Rtn.Bharti Aggarwal, PP Arun K Jain & PP Alka Jain attended this conference. It was very well organized event and all the participants had a memorable time.
Our Club organized Mammography Camp in association with SARE Homes, Sector 92, Gurgaon on 30th April 2022. 25 Screenings were done. We are thankful to Chairman Mammography & PP Dr. Mandeep Kishore Goel for leading the project. We are specifically thankful to Rtn Davinder Jain & Rtn Rajeev K Gupta for sparing time & to be part of this project.
Our Club established Rotary Library at GSSS, Bas Padmka, near Pautodi on 27/04/2022 in association with Rotary Public School & Rotary India Literacy Mission (RILM) for the students. We refurbished a room with painting, flooring and donation of book shelves, 20 Chairs and Books, Pen-Pencil, Nail-cutters etc. We express our sincere gratitude to all members who joined the inauguration including AG Mukta Malhotra, President Hitesh Jain, Hony. Secretary Manish Aggarwal, PP Manmohan Bharara, PP O P Pahwa, Rtn. Vijay Tandon, Rtn. Viney Suri, Rtn. Meenakshi Jain, Bharti Aggarwal and R’anne Sudesh Bharara. On our way back we enjoyed delicious food at Highway king.
Our Club organized Women Hygiene & Children Health Talk in association with Roop V K Jain Foundation which was held on 26th April 2022 at Roop Auto Ltd, Manesar. We are thankful to R’anne Dr. Savita Choudhary & her team of doctors for very useful talk. Thanks to Rtn Meenakshi Jain & R’anne Vandana Aggarwal for joining them. Also thankful to Roop Auto team for excellent hospitality as always.
Our club donate Computer & Printer with Furniture at Rastrahit Public School, Sukhrali Enclave, Near Atul Kataria chowk Gurgaon on 25th April 2022. We also distributed Biscuits packs & Bananas to children on the occasion. This project was sponsored by Roop Polymers. We are thankful to President Hitesh Jain, PP OP Pahwa, Rtn Manmohan Bharara and PP Manish Aggarwal for participating in this project.
A free Covid-19 Vaccination Camp at Rotary Public School in association with Department of Health, Government of Haryana was going on for the students between 12-18 yrs. Thanks to President Hitesh Jain, our Chairman SMC PSO ji, PP O P Pahwa, Rtn V K Tandon, Rtn Viney Suri, Rtn Ashwini Verma, Rtn Sunil Datta and PP Manish Aggarwal for sparing their valuable time to motivate students. Thanks to PSO ji, Principal & staff of RPS for arranging these camps.
Our club in association with VisionSpring was organised Eyes Care Camp for all students of Rotary Public School campus from 18/04/22 to 21/04/22 (4 days). Besides Vision screening, they will provide Free eyeglasses to the affected students. We are planning to get 100% students checked. We are thankful to PP Paramjeet Singh Oberoi ji & Team RPS for wonderful arrangements. We are thankful to President Hitesh Jain; PDG Dr.Sushil Khurana, Rtn Arun Jain, Rtn Meenakshi Jain and PP Manish Aggarwal for sparing their valuable time to grace the camp.

32nd Regular Club Meeting of 50th Rotary Year 2021-22 was held at Hotel The League, Sector 14, Gurgaon on 18th April 2022. Many projects were discussed during the meeting, few are given below –
Project Udaan update as on 18th April 2022
Our Project Udaan at Rotary Public School in association with Empower Pragati is running successfully. First batch of 30 youths have already completed their course out of which 15 are employed in good companies after 3 month’s training. 2nd & 3rd batch is already in progress. We plan to prepare above 100 youths for employment.
Project Udaan Team – Mr. Sumit. Kumar, Mr. Ajay Mallik, Ms. Shanta Kunwar and Mr. Anshuman Vashist shared their experience of course and employment. They faced Q & A of the House very well. These students were very happy and thanked Rotary Club Gurgaon for this golden opportunity.
Our 3rd Edition of bulletin “The Bridge” was released and has been sent through email to all the Presidents, District Dignitaries and its members through courier. President thanked PP Rajneesh Sharma for his all-out efforts and releasing it well in time.
