Our Club actively attended 5th Governor Monthly Review meeting held on 30th November 2021 in hybrid format & attended by almost all Clubs and District leaders. District Governor discussed and appreciated the work done by each President and team. Our various projects were recognized during this meeting.
District Award Function for Rotary Year 2019-20 which was held on 13th November 2021 at Hotel Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Satbari, New Delhi. PP Surinder Khullar along with Rtn. Sunita Khullar attended this District Award function. 350 participants attended this event from RI District 3011.

Our 19th regular club meeting was held at Treehouse Queen’s Pearl, Gurugram on 29th November 2021. Many forthcoming projects/ events were discussed followed by Speaker Meeting. In-House Speaker was PDG Dr Sushil Khurana and he gave an elaborate talk on “The Rotary Foundation” through PPT which includes all Rotary Projects. His talk was very informative & all present learnt a lot about the Rotary Foundation. This was followed by Question and answer session.
Our Club donated Mattresses, Medicines, Diapers and sponsored meals at orphanage DeepAshram, Near Sheetla Mata Mandir on 28th November 2021. This project was jointly sponsored by Dr. Ashish Lall, Dr. Kapil Lall in memory of their Father Late PP Dr. S. K. Lall & PP Anil Jain, President Hitesh Jain in memory of their father Late Shri M. G. Jain. It was attended by President Hitesh Jain, Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal, PP Anil Jain, Rtn. Dr. Kapil Lall, PP O P Pahwa, PP Shashi Sachdev, Rtn. Ashwani Verma, Rtn. Davinder Jain, Rtn. Sunil Datta, Rtn. Tarun Khanna, Rtn. Viney Suri and First Lady Rtn. Meenakshi Jain
Our Club celebrated the Constitution Day to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India on 26th November 2021 at virtual platform. Under the guidance of Rotary Club Gurgaon with Rotaract Club of Sushant University supported by Rotaract Clubs – NorthCap University, GD Goenka University and Young India presented ‘KNOW YOUR CONSTITUTION’. It was attended by President Hitesh Jain, Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal and PP Dilip Grover from our club. It was very well organized event. All the participants of quiz competition were rewarded with certificate from Rotary Club Gurgaon.
Our 18th regular club meeting was held on 22nd November 2021 at zoom. Although the attendance was low due to marriage season but it was very interactive meeting.
Health Checkup Camp was organized in association with Rotaract Club of Sushant University at Ghata Village, Shivir Chaupal, Gurugram on 21st November 2021. Intense efforts was put in by PP Dilip Grover, Rtn Dr Savita Chopra & Rotaractors of Sushant University. Our Rtn. Dr Pawan Rawal also supported with the team of doctors. Rotaractors had done excellent job. President Hitesh Jain, Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal, PP Anil Jain, PP Subhash Singla, PP Dilip Grover, PP Shashi Sachdev, Dr. Pawan Rawal and Dr. Savita Chopra attended this event.
Our 17th regular club meeting was held at Treehouse Queen’s Pearl, Gurugram on 15th November 2021. Many projects done during previous week were discussed and planning for upcoming projects was shared by President.
Soft Launch of extension of Thalassemia Centre at Rotary Blood Centre Gurgaon was held on 10th November 2021 which is running in association with our Rotary Club Gurgaon. Previously this Thalassemia centre had 3 beds but now with the extension it has 5 beds. A cheque of Rs 3.5 lac was handed over to them from Roop M G Jain Charitable Trust of President Hitesh Jain and PP Anil Jain. This event was attended by PDG Dr Sushil Khurana, resident Hitesh Jain and Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal from our club.
