Our Club actively attended 9th Governor Monthly Review meeting held on 31st March 2022 in hybrid format & attended by almost all Clubs and District leaders. District Governor discussed and appreciated the work done by each President and team. Our various projects were recognized during this meeting. President Hitesh Jain, PP Raman Parnami, Rtn. Manmohan Bharara and Rtn. Sudha Jain attended this meeting from our Club.
Rtn. Ravinder Nath Dua received PHF Recognition kit in the month of March 2022 from RI.
President once again updated the House that our PE Brig.(Retd) VK Chopra and incoming 1st Lady Dr. Savita Chopra have gone for PETS (25/03/2022 – 27/03/2022 at Jaipur). Our Club hosted breakfast for Dist 3011 team 2022-23 lead by DGE Rtn. Ashok Kantoor & all PE’s and their spouses. President thanked all the members who were able to join for this breakfast. He appreciated the arrangements made by Chairman of this project PP PSO ji, our senior Rtn. Ramesh Khurana ji, PP O P Pahwa ji for showcasing lavish breakfast. DGE Rtn. 30th Regular Club Meeting of 50th Rotary Year 2021-22 was held on 25st March 2022 at Lall 20/20 Eye Care, Sector 45, Gurgaon followed by Cocktail and Dinner hosted by Drs Lall Family. Dr Ashish Lall gave an elaborate presentation about his new venture “Lall 20/20 Eye Care”, treatment, patients care etc along with his other Co Doctors. He updated everyone about Lasik surgery & criteria for getting this done followed by Question Answer Session. During the PPT a song game was played and chocolates were given to winners. Dr Ashish Lall himself & other family members sang songs during his talk time to make it livelier.
District Interact Leadership Assembly (DILA) was held on 22nd March 2022 at Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai-I, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi. Our Rotary Public School Interactors have attended DILA organised by District 3011. 25 Interactors & 2 teachers participated. They all had great fellowship & learning experience.
29th Regular Club Meeting of 50th Rotary Year 2021-22 was held on 21st March 2022 at Treehouse Queen’s Pearl, Gurgaon. Many projects / plans were discussed.
Rotary Club Gurgaon in association with Interact Club of Rotary Public School and Department of Health, Govt. of Haryana organised a Free Covid-19 Vaccination camp for the children aged 12-14 years at Rotary Public School, Sector 22, Gurgaon. 110 students were vaccinated & remaining 254 students will be vaccinated in coming week. President Hitesh Jain, PP Paramjit S Oberoi, Rtn. Ramesh Khurana, PP O P Pahwa graced the occasion. We are very thankful SMC Chairman PP Paramjit S Oberoi, Principal Sandeepa Rai & staff members for wonderful arrangements and especially young Intractors
Our Club celebrated Holi with underprivileged at Old Age Home, Sector 4 & Jhuggis at Sector 12 Gurgaon on 18/03/2022. We distributed fruit, Gulal, Gunjiya boxes & Snacks to the underprivileged. PP OP Pahwa; PP Mandeep Kishore Goel; Rtn Davinder Jain; Rtn Manmohan Bharara; Rtn Ravi Dua, Rtn Meenakshi Jain and yours truly attended this project. Thanks to the members for joining on this festival day & Serve to Change Lives.
Our Regular Club meeting was merged with District Conference which was held on 12 & 13th March 2022 at Thyagraj Stadium, New Delhi. It was never before event with meticulous planning just like an international convention.
Some of the highlight points were:
Separate Conference hall, Rotary stalls showcasing projects, sponsors stalls, Food court, shopping area etc.
President Hitesh Jain and Rtn. Meenakshi Jain also sang 2 songs besides Ganesh Vandana
Birthday celebration of Rtn Mohan Bharara with cake cutting.
PDG Dr Sushil Khurana ji was also recognized by DG Anup Mittal
Mesmerizing singing by Bollywood singer Nitin Mukesh.
Rtn Arun K Jain & Alka Jain ji were recognized as 1st ever AKS member of our club & also district 3011 in current year. Proud to have them as our member. President specially thanked PDG Dr. Sushil Khurana ji for introducing Rtn. Arun K Jain in our Club. House applauded with standing ovation.
Absolutely wonderful session of Dr Kumar Vishwas in jam packed hall with pin drop silence.
The grand finale of Vrindavan ki Phoolon ki Holi was a great experience for everyone.
Our presence during this Conclave 22 was remarkable. Thanks to all dear fellow Rtns for so encouraging participation & sparing their valuable time.

Our Rotary Club Gurgaon organized Mammography Camp in association with Roop V K Jain Foundation which was held at Roz Ka Meo, Sohna on 9th March 2022. 18 tests were done. President thanked Rtn Dr Savita Chopra & Rtn Meenakshi Jain for attending this camp.
