The Installation Ceremony of President Rtn. Hitesh Jain and his team for the Rotary Year 2021-22 and its 8th meeting of the Golden Year was held at Amour Convention & Resorts, Gurgaon on 26 August 2021 immediately after GOV. Chief Guest was DG Anup Mittal, and Guest of Honour DGE Rtn Ashok Kantoor. Master of Ceremony was PP Dr Pushpa Sethi. President Rtn. Hitesh Jain addressed the gathering and projects done so far by the Club from time to time besides upcoming projects. President Rtn Hitesh Jain thanked the Board, Office Bearers, Committee Chairs and Hon’ble members of the Club for their continued support and active participation and shared his plans for upcoming projects. DG Anup Mittal praised the work done & shared his thoughts & expectations from Rotary Club Gurgaon. Overall a very well planned & executed event appreciated by all present.

GOV Meeting – 8th Meeting of the Golden Year 2021-22 was held at Amour Convention & Resorts, Gurgaon on 26 August 2021. Director Administration; PP Namrata Suri, District Chair – Peace And Conflict Resolution Committee; PP Dheeraj Bhutani, Distt. Director Administration; IPP Mukta Malhotra, Assistant Governor, Zone 24; all Office Bearers, Board members, Committee Chairs and Members of Rotaract Clubs in this meeting. DG Anup Mittal interacted with Rotaractor clubs & gave them many clues for carrying out various projects. President shared with DG Anup Mittal & entire District team the work done during last 56 days. DG appreciated for the work done & shared his expectation from Rotary Club Gurgaon.

Our club in association with SD Modern School, Geeta Bhavan Gurgaon restarted the Skill Development Centre-Singer Sewing Machine project on 24th Aug. Chief Guest of the project was AG Mukta Malhotra. We are specifically thankful to Director Vijay Tandon, PP Surinder Khullar & Rtn Sunil Datta for their efforts. The Presence of PP OP Taneja ji was highly inspiring for all of us. We are thankful to all the members who graced the occasion despite of short notice.

Rotary Club Gurgaon distributed Female Hygiene Kit’s to needy students of RPS in association with Sankalp Foundation on 20th August 2021. Chief Guest was AG PP Mukta Malhotra. She motivated everyone with her thoughts. Director Community Services Dr. Savita Chopra gave very useful talk on Female Personal Hygiene. Our 6th regular club meeting was held on 9th August 2021 at Hotel Queens Pearl, Gurgaon. Our Club celebrated India’s performance at Olympics and planned a cake cutting during regular club meeting. Mohit Khullar and Rtn Meenakshi Jain attended this event from our Club. Rtr. Ruchika Sharma & her team was installed as President of Rotaract Club of The NorthCap University for Rotary Year 2021-22. Our 5th regular club meeting was held on 2nd August 2021. Speaker for the day was Ms. Heejin Park from Korea. She gave an elaborate talk on “Happy Diet & Happy Health” in daily life. Her talk was quite informative & very well appreciated by the House. She replied questions of some of the members. Her talk was very useful and informative which was well appreciated by all
