Our Regular Club meeting was merged with District Conference which was held on 12 & 13th March 2022 at Thyagraj Stadium, New Delhi. It was never before event with meticulous planning just like an international convention.

Some of the highlight points were:

 Separate Conference hall, Rotary stalls showcasing projects, sponsors stalls, Food court, shopping area etc.
 President Hitesh Jain and Rtn. Meenakshi Jain also sang 2 songs besides Ganesh Vandana
 Birthday celebration of Rtn Mohan Bharara with cake cutting.
 PDG Dr Sushil Khurana ji was also recognized by DG Anup Mittal
 Mesmerizing singing by Bollywood singer Nitin Mukesh.
 Rtn Arun K Jain & Alka Jain ji were recognized as 1st ever AKS member of our club & also district 3011 in current year. Proud to have them as our member. President specially thanked PDG Dr. Sushil Khurana ji for introducing Rtn. Arun K Jain in our Club. House applauded with standing ovation.
 Absolutely wonderful session of Dr Kumar Vishwas in jam packed hall with pin drop silence.
 The grand finale of Vrindavan ki Phoolon ki Holi was a great experience for everyone.
 Our presence during this Conclave 22 was remarkable. Thanks to all dear fellow Rtns for so encouraging participation & sparing their valuable time.
 Special recognition to PP O P Pahwa ji Dist Chair-Registration for his absolute dedicated service throughout the conference. Heartiest congratulations to him.

Our execution partner Empower Pragati were also recognized for Project Udaan by DG Rtn. Anup Mittal. Award was received by their COO Mr Rajiv Sharma & team.

Conclave 22 PowerPoint Presentation was shown in the House which was highly appreciated by everyone.

 

Our Lady Rotarians actively participated in the District Event ‘Pink Brigade Car Rally’ which was held on 8th March 2022. Extremely happy to share our Pink Brigade has won best Karaoke in car award. First Lady Rtn. Meenakshi Jain; Rtn. Sudha Jain, Rtn. Dr Seema Lall, Rtn. Bharti Aggarwal and Rtn. Meenakashi Khullar brought laurels for Rotary Club Gurgaon.

Our Club actively attended 8th Governor Monthly Review meeting held on 5th March 2022 in hybrid format & attended by almost all Clubs and District leaders. District Governor discussed and appreciated the work done by each President and team. Our various projects were recognized during this meeting. DG specially thanked Rtn. Arun Jain and Alka Jain for AKS membership pledge. President Hitesh Jain, Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal, PP Shashi Sachdev and Rtn. Ravi Dua attended this meeting.

It gives us proud feeling to inform that our Rtn Arun K Jain & PP Alka Jain ji has pledged to join most prestigious Arch Klumph Society (AKS) in the presence on DG Anup Mittal & all dignitaries of the Distt.3011 on the occasion of curtain raiser of upcoming District Conference which was held at India Habitat center on 23/02/2022.

PP Arun K Jain, PP Alka Jain, President Rtn. Hitesh Jain, Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal, PP O P Pahwa, PP Mandeep Kishore Goel graced the occasion.

Our Club hosted a Mega Free Health Checkup Camp in association with Narayana Superspeciality Hospital at National School, Patel Nagar, Gurgaon on 13th February 2022. Our Honorary Rotarian & Respected Sh Sudhir Singla MLA Gurugram was chief guest & inaugurated this camp. We are thankful to Doctors and Staff members of Hospital for attending more than 150 patients for BP, Sugar, ECG tests & Cardiology, Pulmonology, Urology, Dental & eyes checkups besides Mammography Van. We are extremely thankful to school staff and more than 20 Rotarians who volunteered their time for the Nobel cause. This project was well covered by media.
