Diwali Fellowship (Meeting No.11); 25th October 2024

Rotary Club Gurgaon celebrated “DEEPOTSAV 2024” the Deepawli Milan (11th Meeting) on 25th October 2024 at Club Florence, Sushant Lok-2, Sector 56, Gurugram. MOC was PP Raman Parnami. Our AG Hitesh Jain with Rtn. Meenakshi Jain performed. Their performance was appreciated by the members.The Diwali fellowship was full of joy with games, music, dance, lucky draws followed by dinner. Great shows of games conducted by Rtn. Puneet Arora and R’anne Bhawna Arora with 10 couples. A group game with couples in ethnic dress was conducted in which all couples participated with great enthusiasm. 86 members including our Rotarians and their families were also present. Overall it was very well organized & everyone enjoyed a lot. Lucky Draw winners was Rtn Amit Gupta, AKS Arun Kumar Jain and Rtn Viney Suri

Rotary Public School, North Regional Finals-‘Battle of Bands’, 25th October 2024

Blood Donation Camp; 24th October 2024

Our Club organized Blood Donation Camp in association with Maruti Udyog Limited (R&D Centre), Rohtak, Haryana was held on 24th October 2024. 261 units blood collected at Maruti R&D Centre Rohtak. Our cumulative collection 1105 units for current year. President Manmohan Bharara, Hon Sec Prashant Gaba and Director New Generations PP Dilip Grover attended this event from our Club. The total Blood collection for current year is now 1105 units.

Formation of Rotaract Club at IILM Gurgaon; 16th October 2024

Rotary Club Gurgaon sponsored new Rotaract Club at IILM Gurgaon and its Installation Ceremony was held on 16th October 2024. Our Club presented the Charter Certificate to them. It was attended by President Manmohan Bharara, AG Hitesh Jain and PP Dilip Grover and Registrar Col Kapoor.

Regular Club Meeting – 10th meeting of the Rotary Year 2024-25 was held at Treehouse Queens Pearl, Gurugram on 14th October 2024 followed by drinks and dinner. Speaker was Mr Shalabh Srivastava and he gave an elaborate talk on the topic of Assisted Migration for Apparel Sector (AMAS) through PPT. Mr. Srivastava talked about the potential RCG Association with GreyBeez on AMAS Program-Assisted Migration for Apparel Sector- A job linked training initiative to support migrant youth, with special focus on Women Empowerment and People with Special Abilities. It was very interactive talk followed by the question answer session.

Board meeting of the Rotary Year 2024-25 was held at Treehouse Queens Pearl Gurugram on 14th October 2024. Many issues were discussed and important decisions were taken. It was a very fruitful meeting.

Blood Donation Camp; 8th October 2024

Blood Donation Camp was held at Fusion Finance Limited, Sector 32, Gurgaon on 8th October 2024. 55 units of blood were collected. We are very thankful PP Rtn Dilip Grover for his untiring effort and making this camp successful also AG Hitesh Jain for his active participation. Another 17 units were collected at their Naraina office on Oct 9th. Our cumulative collection for the year reached 792 units

Meeting with Rotaract Clubs; 6th October 2024
