Regular Club Meeting – 3rd meeting of the Golder Year 2021-22 was held at Treehouse Queens Pearl Gurugram on 19th July 2021. All board members present were pinned up by our senior Rotarians.

Tree Plantation Drive, 19th July 2021
Rotary Club Gurgaon planted 500 trees during its Tree Plantation Drive at Rotary Public School in gracious presence of DG Anup Mittal along with AG Mukta Malhotra and Distt Chair Lalit Mattu, PP Mahesh Trikha, PDG Dr Sushil Khurana, President Hitesh Jain along with 25 Rotarians participated for this event.

Environmental Awareness Talks, 14th July 2021
Rotary Club Gurgaon organized Environmental Awareness Talks to Faculty, Staff & Students of Sushant University Gurgaon. Approx. 80+ audiences were attended the session conducted by Community Director Dr Savita Chopra. After session environment awareness stickers were pasted on vehicles of staff members.
Tree Plantation Drive, 14th July 2021
Rotary Club Gurgaon planted 500 saplings with Rotaract Club of Sushant University Gurgaon at its campus. Chief Guest was MC Shri Mahesh Dayma. President Hitesh Jain along with 7 members and 20 Rotaractors graced the occasion.
Regular Club Meeting, Speaker Ms. Sandeepa Rai, 12th July 2021
Our second regular club meeting was held on 12th July 2021 on zoom. Speaker was Ms. Sandeepa Rai, Principal Rotary Public School. Ms. Sandeepa Rai gave an elaborate talk on the topic of ‘Project Educate’ through power point presentation. Her talk was very informative which was appreciated by all.

Rotary Club Gurgaon Kick started Tree Planation Drive with over 2000 saplings with Aman Foundation at Sector 34, Gurugram. Awareness Campaign for Environmental Safety, 8th July 2021
Our club gave 2000 Vehicle Stickers to Rotaractors of NorthCap University and Sushant University respectively for distribution to staff of universities and their surroundings areas.
Board Meeting, 8th July 2021
4th Board Meeting was held on 8th July 2021 at the virtual platform. Many projects were discussed and important decision taken for the Rotary Year 2021-22. It was very fruitful meeting.
