Regular Club Meeting (2nd Meeting ) was held at Rotary Public School, Gurugram on 6th July 2024. MOC of Club Assembly 2024-25 was Rtn. Meenakashi Khullar. Treasurer Rtn. Hitesh Jain presented Club Budget for Rotary Year 2024-25. PP Dr Mandeep Kishore Goel gave an exhaustive presentation on roles and responsibilities of Directors and Committee Chair. PDG Dr Sushil Khurana gave a spirited motivational speech also guiding the President and Board on operations for 2024-25. Our 16 Past Presidents were presented momentos. President Manmohan gave an inspiring address on goals and responsibilities for 2024-25.

Joint Installation of Rtn. Dr. Mahesh Trikha as District Governor 2024-25 & Club Presidents 2024-25 was held on 3rd July 2024 at Grand Hyatt, Golf Course Road, Sector 58, Gurugram. It was a well-attended gala event. PDG Dr Sushil Khurana,PP Dr. Pushpa Sethi, PP Dr Ashok Sethi, PP O P Pahwa, AG Hitesh Jain, Rtn Dr Rashmi Khurana, PP Brig VK Chopra and Rtn Savita Chopra attended the event.

Regular Club Meeting – 1st meeting of the Rotary Year 2024-25 was held at Treehouse Queens Pearl Gurugram on 1st July 2024. President Manish Aggarwal exchanged collar with incoming President Manmohan Bharara. President Manmohan Bharara announced the Board of Rotary Year 2024-25 and they were all pinned. It was a very fruitful meeting.

Rotary Club Gurgaon in association with Interact Club of Rotary Public School organized a Tree Plantation Drive at Rotary Public School Gurgaon on 1st July 2024.

We are very thankful to PDG Dr Sushil Khurana, AG Hitesh Jain, PP OP Pahwa, PP Pushpa Sethi, PP Sanjay Jain, PP Dilip Grover, PP Shashi Sachdev, PP Rajneesh Sharma, VP Ashok Kumar Gupta, Hon Secy Prashant Gaba, Jt Secy Meenakashi Khullar, Rtn Viney Suri, Rtn Davinder Jain, Rtn Ravinder Nath Dua, Rtn Sudershan Kumar Lath, Rtn Sushma Jain, First Lady Sudesh Bharara for joining the tree plantation for auspicious start to the Rotary year 24-25.

District Thanksgiving Ceremony 2023-24; 30th June 2024

District Thanksgiving of Rotary Year 2023-24 was held at Taj Vivanta, Surajkund, Faridabad was held on 30th June 2024 followed by Drinks & Dinner. It was very well managed event. Every one enjoyed the event. Our Club received quite a few recognitions and awards at the Thanksgiving function as follows –

It was a Rotary Family meeting of 52nd Rotary Year 2023-24. It was well managed event etc) followed by Sufi Songs.
