Anemia Detection and Treatment Drive

Our Club organised an Anemia Detection and Treatment Drive at our adopted School ‘Govt Primary School Sector 31, Gurgaon’ for underprivileged children under supervision of Dr Meet Kumar Yadav and R’anne Dr. Nidhi Yadav on 10th March 2023. It was the first step of this initiative, Samples for Completed Blood Count were carried out for 215 students at school premises. Light refreshments to children were facilitated by our Club. 102 children were benefitted from this camp.

Our lady members were honoured on Women’s Day by IMA Women’s wing Gurgaon on 8th March 2023 for their contribution to society:

 

(a) Rtn Dr Savita Choudhry for her excellent work towards Adolescent Health & women empowerment.

 

(b) Rtn Dr Savita Chopra for her contribution to Social Causes like Environment, Cancer detection & Literacy.

As a gesture of International Women’s day our Club organized a Lucky draw for lady Rotarians who attended the meeting on 13th March 2023, Rtn. Nirmal Garg won the lucky draw.

District Cricket Tournament 2022-23

As usual, our Club actively participated in the District Cricket Tournament 2022-23 which was held on Sunday, 5th March 2023 at Sledgehammer Cricket Academy, Faridabad. This year our Cricket Team won Runner-up Award; Best Bowlers Award Trophy won by Rtn. Dr. Sanjeev Choudhary.
