Our members visited permanent Project ’पुष्कर’ site at Dhankot, Gurgaon. This project involves Revival of an existing pond, approx 3000 sq yd in size, at Sham Baba Mandir Complex, Dhankot (Gurugram, Haryana), for water conservation by rejuvenation of percolation pond through recharge pits. The total cost of approx 26 Lakh, 19.2 lakhs are being contributed thru CSR initiative and gram panchayat has given a written undertaking for another 5 lakhs. “Project’पुष्कर” when completed would result in doubling of water capacity of the pond, as well as cause significant increase in ground water levels of the area.

Annual Function of Primary Wing ‘Kidalicious’ was held at Rotary Public School, Gurgaon. Chief Guest was our PP Ashok K Jain. It was very well managed event. We are very thankful SMC Chairman PP Paramjit Singh Oberoi, Principal Ms. Sandeepa Rai and all the staff who did excellent job. It was attended by President Brig. (Retd) V K Chopra, VP Dr. Savita Chopra, PDG Dr. Sushil Khurana, PP Paramjit Singh Oberoi, Rtn. Dolly Jain, PP Manmohan Bharara, R’anne Sudesh Bharara, PP Surinder Khullar, PP O P Pahwa, PP O P Taneja along with his daughter.

Our Club organized Blood Donation Camp was held on 26th November 2022 at Manav Rachana School, Gurgaon. 69 units of blood were collected. President Brig. (Retd) V K Chopra and Hony. Secretary PP Manish Aggarwal attended this camp.

Our Club organized Mammography Camp which was held on 25th November 2022 at The Earth Saviour Foundation, Mandawar on 25th November 2022. 18 people were benefited from this camp. President Brig. (Retd) V K Chopra and VP Dr. Savita Chopra attended this camp.

Regular Club Meeting – 14th meeting of the Rotary Year 2022-23 was held at Hotel the League, Sector 14, Gurugram on 21st November 2022. Our club exchanged Club Flag with Rtn. Amita Jindal from Rotary Rajarajeshwari Nagar Centennial.
