The ladies of Rotary Club Gurgaon had fun filled and interesting Teej Celebrations on 28thJuly 2022, at Hotel Queens Pearl, Gurgaon. Almost 45 ladies participated in the celebrations including three prospective lady members and Rtn Mansi Khullar, First Lady of Zone 7 RID 3011. All members actively participated in cultural program, games and Tambola. The event was appreciated and enjoyed by all.
Regular Club Meeting – 3rd meeting of the Rotary Year 2022-23 was held at Treehouse Queens Pearl Gurugram on 25th July 2022. Few prospective members also joined our meeting. It was very fruitful meeting.
Our Club planted 500 saplings in association with Rotaract Club of Sushant University Gurgaon at University campus on 20th July 2022 followed by little refreshment.

Our Club enlightens life of Shahzad khan for stump amputation with skin grafting. Mr. Shahzad Khan was injured with Railway accident. This operation was successful under the guidance of PP Dr. A K Sethi at SGT Hospital.
Speaker PP Alka Jain gave a talk on Shiksha Ka Mahatva at Mahavir International School, Sector 17A, Gurugram on 08/07/2022 to the underprivileged children.
Our Club distributed School Bags at Mahavir International School, Sector 17A, Gurugram on 08/07/2022 to the underprivileged children. We are thankful to Rtn. Pooja Gupta & Rtn Rajeev K Gupta for the Nobel sponsorship.
Regular Club Meeting – 1st meeting of the Rotary Year 2022-23 was held at Treehouse Queens Pearl Gurugram on 4th July 2022. President Hitesh Jain exchanged collar with incoming President Brig. (Retd.) VK Chopra. Few prospective members also joined our meeting. It was very fruitful meeting. Also President Brig. (Retd.) V K Chopra announced the Club Board and Committee Chairs for the Rotary Year 2022-23.
Rotary project meeting followed by breakfast with Rotarians and Rotaract members at Om Sweets. Dr Pushpa Sethi, R’anneRenu Verma, PP Alka Jain, Rtn. Anju Jain and Dr. Savita Chopra were inspired to see the smiles on these ladies faces by our humble efforts at Old Age Home. They have formed group & are all planning to do something collectively for these ladies.Those who are interested in helping may give their names to Rtn Anju Jain. We will all then decide an activity after a couple of months. Dr. Savita Chopra offered free ultrasounds when needed
PP Dr Pushpa Sethi gave a talk on ‘How to take care of your health issues in sunset years’ on 03/07/2022 at Old Age Home. We are grateful Dr Pushpa Sethi for delivering a talk on prevent health for elderly people, and Rotary Team for their whole hearted involvement.
